Your First Acupuncture Session!

So in general, your FIRST SESSION with me will always include an acupuncture treatment along with an evaluation of your Intake form (your health history). I am a medical provider with a Master’s of Acupuncture degree from the Academy for Five Element Acupuncture. As of 2020, I have over 12 years of experience in private practice treating patients. See the third paragraph below for conditions I have treated.

On your first visit, I will review your health complaints and current symptoms as well as any health conditions from the past. It is important that you answer all the questions listed on the intake form regardless of whether you think it is currently valid or important to your current state of health. During your session, you will receive acupuncture and possibly bodywork as well as energy work like Reiki hands on healing therapy.
