I am a licensed Acupuncture Physician with over 18 years of clinical experience supporting pain relief, digestive health, stress regulation, and long-term wellness. My approach is personalized, thoughtful, and focused on helping your body recover in a way that lasts — not just temporarily cope.
I work with people who want practical, grounded care and who value understanding why their symptoms are happening, not just treating surface-level discomfort.
My path to acupuncture began after experiencing my own long-term health challenges. In my mid-20s, I struggled with chronic fatigue and frequent illness despite doing “all the right things.” Discovering acupuncture was a turning point — it helped restore my energy, resilience, and overall sense of well-being in a sustainable way.
That experience shapes how I practice today. I believe effective care should support the body’s ability to regulate, recover, and function better over time. I receive acupuncture regularly myself and deeply trust the medicine I practice.
Outside the clinic, I value time in nature, meaningful connection with friends and family, and creating space for calm — the same balance I encourage for my patients.
My goal as an Acupuncture Physician is to help you feel better in a way that is sustainable and supportive of long-term health. My clinical focus includes reducing pain and physical tension, supporting digestion and foundational health, improving energy and resilience, and helping patients better understand their health so they feel informed and empowered in the process.
Nutrition and digestive health are central to my approach, as they play a key role in how the body heals, manages inflammation, and maintains balance.
I earned my Master’s Degree in Acupuncture and certification in Chinese Herbal Medicine from the Academy for Five Element Acupuncture in Florida. During my training, I also completed Reiki certification and served as an Herbal Supervisor at the graduate level. I maintain national certification and state licensure and continue to expand my clinical knowledge through ongoing professional education.
