How do you take the Z?
To be successful on the Z, you need to hydrate well during the day with water and especially when you take your 2 daily doses before your 2 largest meals. You should not have caffeine an hour before or after the Z. Wait 1-2 hours before and after before taking supplements AND 2 hours before or after to take medications so as not to interfere with your bodies absorption of the prescription. YOU ARE ADVISED to TAKE THE "Z" TWICE DAILY - 30 minutes before your 2 largest meals with a full glass of water. If you find you are constipated, you can try taking just ONE CAPSULE TWICE DAILY and/or adding some HIGH pH water for better water absorption. Some people will start losing pounds and seeing a loss of inches around your waist, hips, arms, legs within the 1st week and others may need a little longer to see these results. Therefore it is recommended that you order 2 BOTTLES at once since the fat loss is even better in the SECOND MONTH of use. Routinely track your progress by measuring your chest, waist, hips, mid upper arms and mid upper thighs and taking before/after pictures.
Reduced dosage is recommended for anyone who has had a bariatric surgery such as gastric bypass or gastric band surgery.
